DataManager Scan

An example of the DataManager Scan Screen is shown below.  The DataManager Scan function is used to do secondary validation of the sodar data. Some of the checks that can be performed include: component speed profile, vector speed profile, component standard deviation, noise, echo, precipitation and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). If the data does not meet the scanning criteria, the data reliability values are reduced, generally invalidating the data. The text box on the right shows the checks that were performed and the exceptions that were identified. Buttons are provided to process the data and to perform "scan undo" (return data to the original reliability settings).
